Okay. This is my absolute favorite Me/E build I've seen. This is a good way to spam people with massive snare and degen.

EQUIPMENT:

Weapon(s):

You want -50% recharge and casting(20%) on both your wand and your off-hand.
Staff not recommended unless your having health ammount issues.

Armor:

Prefix
Survivor on HEAD, ARMS, FEET
Radiant on CHEST, LEGS

Suffix
Superior Vigor
Superior Illusion (recommended)
Attunement x3 (x2 if you want boosted Fast Casting)

STATS:

Fast Casting: 12 (rune optional)
Illusion Magic : 12 + 1 + 3 (rune recommended)
Other Me/E Attribute: 3

SKILLS:

Signet of Illusions (Elite)
Fragility
Conjure Nightmare
Auspicious Incantation
Deep Freeze
Immolate
Steam
Backfire

HOW TO:

It's pretty basic. With your Illusion Magic at 16, keep SoI maintained AT ALL TIMES. This is key because it will make all skills at attribute 16.

Nightmare-Auspicious-Deep Freeze
Backfire(ONLY USE ON MESMERS/ELES/NECROS/MONKS/RITS)-Immolate-Steam

Use Nightmare for massive degen, Auspicious-Deep Freeze for Energy management, and Backfire to use your Anti-caster ROFLcopter on those annoying nukers, healers, and MMs. Enjoy!
