No bad words, no beggar, and need to be active, online at least 1 a week.

For officers:
DO NOT promote anyone to be officer without my permit. Because I don't want jerk to be officer, they will kick all members out. It happened to me before, so I don't want this to happen to me again. Need to be active, 6-7 days a week.
